As many of you will be aware Jorgina Robinson has left the club after 8 fantastic years with us. We are hugely grateful for Jorgina’s contribution as General Manager, and we wish her all the best in for the future.
We are delighted to announce that Gerry Mcpake has accepted the role of General Manager. Gerry has been very successful in running the hospitality side of the club and he was an obvious choice to take on the wider role of General Manager. He already has great knowledge of the running of the club, and I am confident he will be a huge success in his new role.
In addition, we have recruited a new bookkeeper which will give Maxine the opportunity to focus more on membership and admin support.
In the meantime, we will be supporting Gerry on the recruitment of a new hospitality manager.
I trust we will all get behind and support the team as we move forward.
