The Wheatsheaf Esher Club
The Wheatsheaf Esher Club is an idea our Committee has picked up on, during their travels around other National League clubs. The purpose of the club is to provide some additional financial (and moral) support to the First XV squad: thus, taking some pressure off other club finances. In return, the members will benefit from some exclusive benefits (shown on the right).
In 1923, whilst enjoying a pint at the Wheatsheaf in Esher, four rugby enthusiasts decided to form the Club (old photos of Esher Rugby players are proudly displayed in the Wheatsheaf toilets!). Through their creation of the Club, along with their connection to the Wheatsheaf, they have brought a great deal of happiness, camaraderie, fond memories and friendships to many many people.
We have therefore named the Wheatsheaf Club after the venue where they formed the club.

The 500 Club is Esher Rugby Club’s answer to the National Lottery.

The Golf Society
The Esher Rugby Golf Society has been running for over 20 years and until recently Tim Christopher, Esher Vice President did an amazing job of planning and implementing the annual schedule.
The intention is to continue to hold four golf days per annum for Esher members and friends. Every year there will be a selection of courses including the likes of the New Zealand Club, Burhill, St George's and Hersham Golf Clubs.
The aim of the Esher Rugby Golf Society is to include all 'rugby golf enthusiasts' and all members of Esher Rugby and their friends are welcome.

As a paid up member your membership will be upgraded to include a season ticket.
As a member of Esher Rugby Club you will receive a bar discount card, preferential rates on room hire, members rates to Esher RFC events and discounts at a variety of local businesses, bars and restaurants with whom we have partnerships.
Volunteer Roles
Volunteer roles are very varied and we are looking for volunteers for as many por as few hours as you can spare. Some examples of current roles include:
- 1ST XV MATCH DAY VOLUNTEERS: Car Park Marshal, Ticket Office, Meet & Greet, Changing Rooms Supervisor, 4th Official And More.
- ADMIN HELP IN THE BUSY ESHER OFFICE, DUTIES: Updating Databases, Promotion Of Events Through Social Media, Projects, And More.
- EVENT VOLUNTEERS: Fireworks Night And Many More
- FRIDAY CLUB: Each Friday Prior To A 1st XV Home Game, We Have A Fabulous Group Of Volunteers Who Prepare The Grounds For The Big Day.
